How do I get motivated, to work out?
I want to lose weight, but I can't get myself together. I have no motivation and I don't know where to get it. I got to my goal weight 2 1/2 years ago and I was so happy. Then I quit and put on more than what I lost. I can't get myself to drag myself to the gym. I am sluggish and tired at work too. I should be working right now
